SoftBank halts plans for arm's London IPO

SoftBank acquired Cambridge, England-based for arm $32 bn in 2016.
 

Reports stated that the investment minister Gerry Grimstone and digital minister Chris Philp, and collapse of UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson's government have led SoftBank to hold talks about arm's UK listing next year.

SoftBank has halted plans for a London initial public offering of the British chip technology firm Arm Ltd due to political turmoil in the UK government, according to reports.
