JSPL Q4 net profit stood at Rs. 1527 crore

Jindal Steel & Power Ltd posted results for the fourth quarter ended 31st March, 2022.
The net profit for the quarter was at Rs. 1,527 crore, while EBITDA was at Rs.3,070 crore.
The Company stated that it has divested Jindal Power (JPL) receiving Rs. 3,015 crore in total from Worldone Private Limited (acquirer) as part of the transaction.
