Mutton Tandoori Roast Recipe: How To Make Mutton Tandoori Roast

To begin with the recipe, you first need to marinate mutton pieces. Take a large mixing bowl, add yogurt, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, tandoori masala, and mustard oil. Mix these ingredients properly.

Now, add mutton pieces in the marinade and make sure the mutton pieces are well coated. Keep it in the fridge for about 15-20 mins.

Once done, grill the pieces in the BBQ grill and enjoy! Now, if you do not have a BBQ grill at home, spread the pieces on a baking tray.
